“What a wonderful experience this was, especially for a first time visit in Paris for myself and my niece. We were flying into CDG from London Heathrow and didn’t know what to expect as US citizens going through customs, so we set up a meet and greet as well as private transfer service. Communication and expectations were clear, professional and polite from the moment I made the reservation online through the day of our arrival. Our greeter met us immediately upon our leaving the plane, whisked us through customs, collected all of our big heavy luggage, and led us easily to our driver. Both gentlemen were polite, professional, and friendly, as well as respectful and very pleasant. We had an easy and comfortable drive into the city in our luxurious electric Mercedes. Our driver even noticed that my niece had fallen asleep and was even more respectful with his driving, which I thought was very sweet and thoughtful! Even though our hotel was on a tiny but busy street, our driver was able to back in to help us again with our multiple pieces of big heavy luggage! I cannot say enough good things about the excellent services this team provides. I would highly recommend their services and would definitely use again!
