- Tell us about large suitcases, strollers and each required child seat. Maximum passenger capacity does not guarantee that all luggage fits. Seat options and vehicle availability must be confirmed.
- Standard cancellation terms

On those dates our event rate of +30% replaces the seasonal rate (the higher one applies, never both). A seasonal increase would be capped at our overtime rate; an event window is not, because those are the days the whole city books at once: the hour goes to €110.50. A CDG transfer to central Paris is €195 in E-Class during Fashion Week, against €165 on a September day outside the shows and €150 off-season. Orly is €160, Gare du Nord for Eurostar arrivals €170. Fashion Week Rates: Transparency
Our dates are priced in advance, not on the day. On Fashion Week dates the engine applies an event rate of +30% to the base price. It replaces the seasonal rate rather than adding to it: the higher of the two applies. Late September is high season, so the real gap between a September day and a show day is smaller than 30%.
Hourly hire has a second rule, and it cuts the other way. A seasonal increase is capped at our overtime rate, the hourly price we charge when a booking runs past its planned end. An event window is not capped: it is a deliberate decision for the days the whole city books at once. In E-Class the hour goes from €85 to €110.50, and the total is then rounded up to the nearest 5 €.

The price you see in the quote is the price you pay: it is locked at booking and never rises afterwards, whatever the demand on the day. Night rides and French public holidays are the only supplements that can add on top, and they are shown in the quote too. Multi-day programmes and several vehicles are priced by quote.

- S-Class and V-Class from CDG on a Fashion Week date: €300 and €250.

During Fashion Week, the areas around the Grand Palais and the Golden Triangle may have restricted access at show times. A chauffeur who knows the period can plan a permitted drop-off nearby when the exact address is inaccessible, with a pickup point agreed for the exit. This anticipation can save the minutes that count when two shows run back to back within the same hour.
