Book Now →Paris is served by four airports, each with its own logistics, pricing, and timing reality. CDG (Charles de Gaulle) handles 70% of international long-haul, sits 32 km north-east of central Paris, and takes 45 to 75 minutes depending on traffic and which of the three terminals (1, 2, 3) you land at. Orly is the secondary international hub, 18 km south, with shorter transfer times (30-50 minutes) but heavier domestic traffic. Le Bourget handles private aviation (business jets) and is 12 km north, 25-40 minutes from central Paris. Beauvais sits 90 km north of Paris and serves low-cost carriers (Ryanair, Wizz Air), 75-105 minutes by car. PrivateDrive offers a fixed-price private transfer for all four, with the same service standard: flight tracking that adjusts pick-up time if your flight is early or delayed, a meet & greet at arrivals with a name sign, 60 minutes of free wait built into the price, and a Mercedes vehicle (E-Class, S-Class, or V-Class for groups) under 2 years old. No surge pricing, no payment at the meter, no surprises.
Choose your Paris airport
CDG to central Paris (1st-9th arr.) takes 45 minutes off-peak, up to 75 minutes during weekday rush (7-10 a.m. inbound, 5-8 p.m. outbound). Terminal 2E and 2F (long-haul international) sit 8 minutes further from the A1 motorway than Terminal 1, factor that into your departure time. Orly to central Paris is faster (30-50 minutes) but the A6 corridor saturates badly at weekday rush. Le Bourget is the fastest of the four, 25 minutes off-peak, and the only one where private jet arrival times are confirmed by ATC rather than schedule. Beauvais is the outlier, 90 km of A16 motorway, plan for 90 minutes minimum and 105 if you land between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. on a Friday.
What’s included in every Paris airport transfer
Real-time flight tracking via the FAA + Eurocontrol feed (we know when your flight is early, late, or diverted before you do). Pickup is automatically adjusted, no need to call. Meet & greet at the terminal with a name sign held by your chauffeur, by default at the EXIT of the baggage claim area (the international standard). 60 minutes of free wait time on arrivals (clock starts when your flight lands, not at the original scheduled time). Help with luggage. Complimentary still and sparkling water, Wi-Fi onboard, phone chargers (USB-C, Lightning). For families, child seats (cosy, group 1, booster) are provided free of charge on request. For business travellers, an invoice with your company VAT number is generated automatically post-ride.
Booking your Paris airport transfer
Enter your flight number and destination address. The system shows the fixed price across three vehicle classes within 2 seconds, no account needed. Confirm by card, get an SMS confirmation immediately, and a 24-hour reminder the day before. For arrivals, simply look for your name sign at the meeting point indicated in your confirmation. For departures, your chauffeur arrives 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and waits in front of your hotel or address.

CDG to central Paris (1st-9th arrondissement) takes 45 minutes off-peak and 60-75 minutes during weekday rush hour (7-10 a.m. inbound, 5-8 p.m. outbound). Add 8 minutes for arrivals at Terminal 2E/2F vs Terminal 1. The A1 motorway is the fastest route on weekends; the A3 + Périphérique combo is preferred during weekday peaks.
Your chauffeur tracks the flight automatically via FAA + Eurocontrol data. Pickup time is adjusted in real time. The 60-minute free wait window starts at your real landing time, not the original scheduled time. If the delay exceeds 4 hours, we will contact you to confirm whether you want to keep the booking or reschedule, no cancellation fee applies in this case.
Your confirmation lists the exact meeting point based on your terminal. For Terminal 1, the standard pickup is at the Niveau Arrivées (Arrivals level), Hall A or B exit. For Terminal 2, each subdivision (2A, 2C, 2D, 2E, 2F) has a dedicated meeting point at the corresponding Arrivées exit. Your chauffeur will be holding a sign with your name, by default at the EXIT of the baggage claim area.
For solo travellers on a tight budget without luggage and arriving during RER operating hours (5 a.m. to midnight), the RER B at €12.40 is the cheaper option, plan 40-55 minutes from CDG to Gare du Nord plus your onward connection. For 2+ passengers with luggage, the maths flips: 2 RER tickets (€24.80) plus a 10-minute taxi from Gare du Nord (€15-20) puts you in the €40-45 range with two transfers and 70+ minutes total, vs €105 direct with no transfers and 45-60 minutes in a Mercedes. For 3+ passengers, a private transfer is always cheaper per person AND faster.

Yes. All motorway tolls, fuel, the chauffeur, the 60-minute wait window, and luggage handling are included in the fixed price. There are no extras unless you request a stop along the way or extend the wait beyond 60 minutes (in which case the hourly rate applies).
