These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between PrivateDrive and its customers for any chauffeur-driven transportation service booked via the website privatedrive.co.
Bookings are made online through our platform. They are confirmed after payment validation or receipt of the confirmation code for in-vehicle payments. Any booking implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Service.
Prices are calculated based on distance, type of vehicle selected, duration of hire, and selected options (child seats, round trip, etc.). Displayed prices are in euros and include all applicable taxes. PrivateDrive reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; services are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of booking.
Payment can be made by credit card online (via Stripe, a secure payment provider) or in cash directly to the driver. For online payments, the amount is charged at the time of booking. An invoice is sent by email after the service is completed.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours before pickup, a 50% refund applies. No refund is available within 24 hours of pickup. Booking modifications are free up to 48 hours before pickup.
PrivateDrive is committed to providing quality transportation with professional drivers and vehicles in perfect condition. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service in case of delay or malfunction. PrivateDrive cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure (exceptional weather conditions, strikes, accidents, etc.).
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
